Drones or Small Unmanned Aircraft (SUA) or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are not permitted to be flown within the Newhaven Harbour Limits unless the flight is for commercial use and the operator has obtained permission from the Harbour Master. This is for reasons of security, public safety and navigational safety. No recreational/pleasure flights are permitted.

I confirm that I have read and understand the latest CAA rules, regulations and guidance for UAS/SUA and will conform to the restrictions that are laid down in the CAA Permissions that have been granted to me and in addition I will not cause distress/concern to any Vessel, Statutory Authority or Government agency.
