The public are advised that due to essential repairs required on the Newhaven East Pier, the pier will be completely closed to the public from Tuesday 6th April 2021 until Saturday 10th April 2021.
Following on from this, there will be brief periods of time when the public will be restricted in accessing the pier for health & safety reasons during particular stages of the works. These will be kept to a minimum but will occur up until completion of the works around mid-June 2021.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your support whilst we carry out these essential repairs.
The works had to wait until spring/early summer due to the weather constraints.
